Breath and Movement for Your Health (online)
Born out of the need to boost your health specifically during these unprecedented times of COVID-19, in just 30 short minutes, this Breath and Movement for Your Health class will help you clear and begin to master your mind, strengthen your body, build a healthier immune system, increase lung capacity, and experience an overall sense of mental well-being through a combination of breathing techniques, movements, mudras (hand positions), and sound current.
Classes are M/W/F 10-10:30 am CST and T/Th 9-9:30am CST online via Zoom. No yoga experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome. Classes are taken while seated.
Naam Yoga
This joyful, heart opening practice combines powerful precise breath work, dynamic physical movement, mudras, and sound current to beneficially impact the body's energetic meridian system while expanding one's consciousness. All are welcome regardless of fitness level or yoga experience.
Shakti Naam Yoga
Shakti Naam Yoga applies the ancient Himalayan practice of Sukshma Vyayama, to reduce stress caused by modern day to day living. Through a specific application of deep breathing with micro movements and stretching, Shakti Naam Yoga addresses every system of the body from head to toe. This practice activates one's life force or prana so as to build physical health, strength, and optimization of the brain. It is a total body work-out and has tremendous anti-aging benefits.

Harmonyum Touch - Healing Through the Feet
This deeply relaxing 60-75 minute session includes a warm foot bath followed by a physical then energetic portion where clients lay down on a massage table, fully clothed, while specific areas of the feet and lower legs are addressed in such a way as to promote relaxation and balance.
Harmonyum Healing can also be received virtually, at a distance, for those who prefer and/or live out of the area. Contact me for more details.
